pela FMU/SP, Pós-graduado em Gestão Financeira pelo Unasp-ec,
Bacharel em Administração de Empresas pelo Helderberg College
S.A, e Bacharel em Direito pelo Unasp-ec.

III. PÚBLICO ALVO

Estudantes de graduação e pós-graduação em Direito ou outras áreas, profissionais
interessados na obtenção de habilitação para leitura e interpretação, bem como a aplicação de
conteúdos extraídos de textos técnicos jurídicos redigidos em inglês.

VII. BREVE JUSTIFICATIVA E OBJETIVOS:

O objetivo do curso é capacitar os alunos do mestrado em Direito a compreender, interpretar
e redigir contratos jurídicos em inglês. Foca no desenvolvimento da linguagem técnica
contratual utilizada em contextos internacionais. Busca preparar o aluno para atuar com
segurança em negociações e documentos jurídicos globais.
